Susie joined Arena in July 2025 as Chief Corporate Affairs & People Officer. In this role Susie is responsible for Arena’s Corporate Affairs, People, Investor Relations, Marketing and ESG functions. Susie brings over 25 years of experience in building and leading communications, investor relations, stakeholder engagement and marketing functions for global investors and asset managers, including Colonial First State Global Asset Management, Challenger, GPT Group and Arena. Most recently, Susie was at AustralianSuper, where she held a number of senior positions, including Head of Corporate Affairs and Investment Relations. Susie holds a Bachelor of Economics (honours) from the University of Sydney and a Master of Commerce, majoring in Marketing and Finance, from the University of New South Wales.
