Arena REIT is an internally managed Australian real estate investment trust (REIT) listed on the ASX (ASX code: ARF) and included in the S&P/ASX 200 Index. We develop, own and manage social infrastructure properties such as childcare and healthcare.

As well as providing essential services to the community, these growing sectors have favourable demographic and economic trends, and bi-partisan government support.

Arena REIT is a Climate Active-certified Carbon Neutral Organisation for 2022-2023.

We are an active property manager and work collaboratively with our tenant partners to provide efficient, flexible and well-located accommodation.

Our investment objective is to deliver an attractive and predictable distribution to investors, with earnings growth prospects over the medium to long term.

To support distribution predictability, we favour long-term triple net leases with our tenant partners. The nature of triple net leases allows our tenant partners operational control over the properties from which they operate.

We have a proven record of successful development through partnering with our tenants and developers. Our team is experienced at working closely with our development partners to identify development opportunities, managing project risk and completing quality projects. Our collaborative approach delivers customised facilities for our tenants and attractive investment returns for investors.

Our internalised management model operates on an efficient cost recovery basis which ensures no
strategy conflict or fee leakage to an external fund manager.
