Matt has over 30 years’ experience across real estate and global investment markets, with a rare combination of buy- and sell-side expertise. His executive career has included roles in real estate development and asset management at Lendlease, and senior leadership positions within Macquarie Group’s Equities division across Australia and Asia. He was most recently Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ethical Partners Funds Management, a purpose-driven Australian fund manager. Matt has extensive board and governance experience, having served on a range of boards and committees for Macquarie Group and Ethical Partners Funds Management, as well as not-for-profit organisations supporting children’s wellbeing. He is currently a Director of global men’s health organisation Movember. Matt holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and is a Certified Executive Coach from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership.
