Justin has over 25 years’ investment and advisory experience in infrastructure and real estate. His background includes leadership roles in project development, acquisition, financing and asset management, with a particular focus on creating new community assets and precincts. Justin joined Arena in early 2024 and was appointed to CEO and Managing Director in 2025. Prior to joining Arena, he held senior executive roles for leading investment banking, advisory and investment organisations including ABN AMRO, Babcock & Brown and KPMG. Most recently he was Senior Managing Director of John Laing, responsible for the Australian market and co-head of their global project investment business. Justin holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Melbourne.
