Jack Athanas

Jack joined Arena in 2026 as a Portfolio Analyst. He has experience across property investment, valuation and development analysis, with expertise in financial modelling, feasibility assessment and market research. Jack has worked across a range of property sectors, providing analytical insights to support acquisitions, portfolio management and investment decision-making. He holds a Bachelor of Design (Property) from the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma in Property from RMIT University and is a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV).
