Gareth is Chief Financial Officer of Arena REIT and Executive Director of Arena REIT Management Limited. Gareth was formerly a Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers and has over 25 years of professional experience. Throughout his career Gareth has specialised in advising the listed and unlisted property and infrastructure fund management sector on corporate finance, capital management, risk management, transaction structuring and financial systems and reporting. Gareth holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
