Eimear joined Arena in January 2025 as Portfolio Manager. In this role, Eimear is responsible for portfolio management, rent process and tenant relationship management. Eimear holds a Bachelor’s degree in Property Investment and Development and has extensive experience across the property industry, spanning social infrastructure, commercial and retail sectors. Most recently, Eimear served as a Senior Property Manager at Charter Hall working on the CQE Fund for 5.5 years, where she managed a national portfolio and delivered strong operational, financial and tenant outcomes.
