Carla joined Arena in September 2025 as Head of Investment and Portfolio. In this role Carla is responsible for the strategic management and growth of Arena’s property portfolio, including sourcing and executing investment and capital partnership opportunities, overseeing the property team, and ensuring long-term value creation aligned with the company’s purpose and investment objectives. Carla brings over 15 years of real estate expertise, with a strong focus on transactions, valuations, and cultivating long-term tenant relationships. Before joining Arena, Carla held senior roles at Charter Hall, including Deputy Fund Manager – CQE and Head of Social Infrastructure Transactions within the Capital Transactions team. Carla has a proven track record in managing complex portfolios and driving investment outcomes. Carla holds a Bachelor of Business (Property) from Massey University, University of New Zealand.
