Step 2: If you do not receive a satisfactory outcome, you can contact the Financial Ombudsman Service Limited (FOS), of which Arena is a member, on the details below. FOS is an external dispute resolution scheme approved by the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC). Please note that FOS will not deal with complaints that have not first been referred to Arena for resolution.
